Challenges & Objectives

Analysing the need for a direct marketing and sales channel, CEO Vasilij Nevlev identified uncertainty in strategic planning due to:

  • Lack of industry insights about segments, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Limited time for the team to conduct in-depth research.
  • Necessity for a cost-effective solution suitable for an SME.
OBJECTIVE: Develop a Well-Structured, Data-Driven Direct Channel Strategy to Ensure Accelerated Growth and Greater Independence.

How Gysho & MarqtAI Fit It

Starting with a mutual focus on leveraging GenAI, Analytium and Gysho collaborated. Gysho's commercial expertise combined with the GenAI capabilities of MarqtAI provided a robust solution to overcome resource limitations and enhance confidence through extensive data collection.

THE RESEARCH & STRATEGIC PLANNING PROCESS

Step 1: Initial Data Collection

Using MarqtAI, the team conducted AI-driven web searches based on predefined questions, ensuring data integrity by filtering out any hallucinations.

Step 2: Data Enrichment

Focusing on prioritised markets and technologies, MarqtAI automatically collected data from over 4,000 sources, including Gartner and IDC, complemented by social media insights to provide a balanced market view.

Step 3: Analysing & Reporting

Combining manual expertise and GenAI, the data was summarised and embedded for use with OpenAI's GPT models, providing a comprehensive market research assistant through a chat interface.

This approach leveraged keyword, semantic, and vector searches to uncover patterns, trends, and market sentiments in the data set.

The insights from this approach would be left undiscovered through human analysis alone.

Step 4: Strategic Planning

Utilising the MarqtAI assistant, Analytium shaped the strategy through detailed analyses, deep dives into buyer groups, technology evaluations, and campaign developments, ensuring data-aligned decision-making.

The assistant helped in:

  • Identifying key buyer groups and their challenges, opportunities, and struggles.
  • Evaluating critical technologies and new trends.
  • Developing targeted campaigns, blogs, and messaging.
  • Drafting initial content aligned with target group interests.

Beyond the groundwork, the assistant was used throughout the process to validate decisions, adding focus and ensuring data consistency.
